Sorry, only 5...you broke the rules, so you only get: Hyundai Excel, Isuzu I-Mark, Pontiac LeMans (the Korean built one), Ford Festiva, and VW Diesel P/U!

Yes, in fact I believe there were a total of 6 of the SHO powered Shogun Festivas built. There was one recently for sale in Autoweek, one on e-bay, and there is one featured on C&D TV for their Cannonball special (Yes, I know, but I watched it anyway...lots of Vipers) that had also been supercharged for a 400hp output from the 3.0 DOHC V-6. PS: You're still over your limit, so you don't get the cool version...

Thought I'd dust this old thread off. C&D magazine has an article on a similar subject with different rules, so I thouhgt if anyone would like to join in lets try this with their rules on a dream garage.
Their rules are simple; pick the three cars you would like to have if they were the only cars you could have for the rest of your life.

What I found interesting about this thread is that 2002/2003 was before the new muscle car wars began, so everybody was listing the original muscle cars on their dream list instead.

Since then, we've seen Ford, GM, and Dodge go back to war with all new muscle cars. I think my list, though, would be:

1) 2018 Dodge Challenger Hellcat
2) 2008 Ford Mustang GT500
3) 2018 Dodge Charger 392
4) 1978 Pontiac Firebird Trans-AM 6.6L
5) 1990 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z 5.7L

I am glad the muscle car wars have taken off again, even though they are not affordable anymore.

I still love the classics, so 3 cars is a short list lol. Here’s mine

1970 Boss 429 (black)
1970 Chevelle SS LS6 454 (red w/black strips)
2018 GT350 (lightning blue)

If it was 5 cars, I’d add a 2000 Cobra R and 2018 Challenger 392 scat pack with a shaker hood.

There are so many to choose from that I’m betting my list would be slightly different month to month lol.

That list will change almost daily, but the 917/30 will always be on the list.

As long as it gets 15mpg that would fine to me. My Dodge truck has been averaging 18. Not that I care. I just happen to look at my status display yesterday that shows everything.
