hot dogs & rolls
burgers & buns
porkroll
chicken
bratwurst
(the first year I brought pork ribs)
potato & macaroni salad
deserts (brownies, cookies, cakes) etc.
paper plates
plastic ware
napkins
condiments (ketchup, mustard, relish)
pretzels & chips
bring some coolers & small canopy(s)
Ice
Beverages for the young and the adults
Some adults bring their children, and some children bring their adults, but none of us act our age!!

I think we usually prepare for about 30 to 40 people

??Did I miss anything?? Chime in!!

And Bobby (Old School) Flay & Emeril (JDraper) Lugossi have typically cooked the food....

I wish June would hurry up! I'm getting anxious to drive my car. The 12 inches of snow that was dumped over night is making it quite hard though. Haha!

Re: Carlisle All Ford Nationals - Mach 1 Registry Meet 2010

How are the burgers and hot dog being cooked? Is there going to be grills available or do we need to bring portable grills and charcoal. If we need to bring grills I will buy a few with some charcoal at a local Walmart. I seen the picture of Dave doing some cooking and maybe someone else should be the cook.

Normally around 6pm, but people always show up when they get back from the show, we usually leave around 3-4pm depending (Mostly on weather).

How about someone listing what is still needed. More burgers, hot dogs, chicken wings? There may be quite a few people, don't want to show up without anything besides beer and an appetite.

Half the fun is cruising back and to each day from the hotel each day. Unless you have a vehicle that's normally trailered (i.e. "1000 hp" monster), we drive.

Ill drive there to and from if the weather permits . If i remember correctly it was raining . Sorry but i dont want to waste my time and effort cleaning it twice .

I also dont want to be stuck behind a bunch of slower cars .

It depends, MOST, if not all of us drive our cars back and forth (about 15 miles), but you have the option of leaving it there if you have a ride.
