Re: Starting my Build
Picked up the PRW Platinum flexplate today. I also went to the builders to pick up the build sheet, says the compression ratio is at 11.3. Now just waiting on the procharger bracket.
Hopefully I'll have the car back by Christmas.

Race gas power at pump gas prices. But you need a big fuel system for it.

Re: Starting my Build
Happy New Year's guys and gals!!! I'm in the process of making a head cooling mod for the back of the heads. Besides that the engine should be going in very soon.

Re: Starting my Build
Upr k member is on with new oem motor mounts and the engine is in. I Went by the shop last night and saw them installing the ProCharger back up. My buddy said he'll give me a call when its time to do the first start up, cant wait!!! Other than that I can't find my d@mn tuner
Quick question though. Do you guys think I'll be able to run 93 with my compression and about 10 psi? Or should I stay out of boost till I go return style?

Re: Starting my Build
Svt focus pump, 42lb injectors, aeromotive fuel rails is what I have right now. I already have 80lb injectors, 2 465 pumps, aeromotive fuel regulator, and the fuel rails. I think I just need the fuel hat, lines and fittings to got return style but I wanted to wait on income tax.

Re: Starting my Build
Focus pump ain't going to cut it. You should be over 500. I think it will hit high 500s with e85 and an aggressive tune.

Re: Starting my Build
Get your tuner to run a lot of timing under 4k on e85. Like 22 degrees. Then you can taper it off if you'd like up top. It will run strong.
If my little S trim can run 118 trap times with a 6,500 DA, yours should be able to take down a mid 120 trap CJ coyote in San Antonio. I ran mine at 18 degrees with a little leaded 110 mixed with 91. With e85 you should be good with 18+ and 10lbs. I'd do 22 degrees under 4k and taper it off to 18 at 7k. Did you swap the snap ring on your auto so you can rev it to 7k? I'm betting on you vs the ported CJ coyote

Re: Starting my Build
I was thinking 475-485 with the auto, but yea I was thinking the pump wasn't enough. For now I just wanna break it in 5,000 miles without doing any wide open throttles. Would that be ok on 93? Or should I just say fuggit and switch the the corn now?

Re: Starting my Build
I think it would a perfect match up if I could use 93. But idk might have to switch to e85 now

I really want a 10 second slip. But ill wait till I go e85 on 14 psi make a 10 second pass and than get booted. Yea I heard they close down, sucks @ss. I heard rumors about Tim Duncan buying it and another rumor about Valero buying it and turning it into a truck station. But who knows...
