Up till today, we were eight or nine games straight winning so that very consistent in any one's book. Oh, well. Just a game.

8 of 9 doesn't show the whole picture ...todays lose proves how beatable the heels are and that in turn will give alot of teams more confidence during the tourney

Actually, it was 10 straight wins.

And yes, any team is beatable at any game. UNC could have played better, and a lose is good to humble a team and make them hungry.

Re-read what I said...UNC is more consistent than any other team in the NCAA, definitely in the ACC. I never said that they didn't have their bad side.

I've said it before and I'll say it again...any team in the ACC has the ability to beat any other ACC team on any given day. It's just more justification for more ACC teams to dance in March.

I did'nt get to see the game til today. I told you guys the TERPS would get UNC or DUKE this year. After watching the Clemson game I thought there was no way this year but.........it is the ACC.

The reason I have a problem with UNC fans is the braging when they get on a good run and the

when a middle of the pack team beats them. ( MY TERPS )

To cry about Lawsons no call at the end of OT is just sour grapes. They chose not to call another tar-heel flop (UNC TRADEMARK ) play.
UNC was up by 16 points in the 2nd half and got out played and out hustled.

YEA I know the TERPS aint going any where this year, but that was SWEET.
Look out DUKE your next.

One last thing, the TERPS have beaten UNC 8 of the last 11 games played at home. So maybe its not such a UPSET after all.

I agree....any team that blows a 16 point lead regardless of how many games you've won in a row does not show a championship mentality....but saying that the NCAA this year as a whole hasn't shown a clear favorite....I think the talent level is a combination of being more spread out and also being a little lack luster...but it still makes for fun basketball to watch....hopefully the crappy Wake team shows up tonight against the Dukies....but I don't look for it to go that way

That's the point I was trying to get across. I still think UNC is at the top, but it's only because everyone else is having the same troubles. It actually makes the games more exciting though and what I love about college hoops.

If you don't show up with your A game in the ACC you'll get your

handed to you.

The best part is its only gets better from here on out.

Anyone see that Kansas vs Oklahoma game last night! Def looked like there was some potential there for Kansas to earn that #2 seed.....I do realize OK. was without Griffin....but they shouldn't have lost that game!

Losing a player like Griffen makes it hard for any team to win....yeah maybe like you said OK should have won...but great players step up at big moments and that is what OK was lacking last night. Still at good game...Kansas will hang around for awhile

Im worried bout UK this year. Not that they much of chance if they do make the tourney obviously but I feel they are def worthy and are playin pretty good basketball. I feel like they def have stornger team this year oposed to last. It seems ESPN is counting them out though....

Should be a good game tonight....Uk @ SC...

I didn't get to see the Duke/MD game...but from what I've read it must have been alot better than what the final score says....MD is starting to come around...they are going to need a strong showing in the ACC Tourney...but I think they are capable.

We're gonna have some great games in both the ACC and NCAA tournaments. This may actually be the year a Cinderella takes it all.

Gary has the TERPS playing about as good as they can play. It was a good game and they got beat by a better team.

The lack of a inside game of any kind is killing them. That said , they must have a good shooting night (3's ) to have a chance with the better teams in the ACC, and play tough def.

Next game is NC ST. and they're playing much better now as well. Should be a good game.

If Duke was over all #1 they would'nt need to throw the last game. Its already been taken care of this year.

Mich. lost along with a few other Bubble teams over the weekend.
I think they still have to win out and do well in the ACC tourn. to have a chance at the NCAA tourn.
I think Gary has done a great job with the team he has to work with this year.
