My first Stang was an Aqua 1968 with a black vinyl top.
I bought it in 1972.

It's cool to see how many multiple Mach1 owners have posted. It would have been cool to own a 70's Mach 'back in the day', and own a brand new one now.
My Mustang heritage goes back to the car that brought me home from the hospital after being born. My dad drove a '66 for most of my younger years, that is the only car I have memories of from that time. He later owned two 80's-model GT's. I kept up the tradition by owning a 2000GT in black, which I traded for the Oxford White Mach. Anyway, NEW to the site, sorry I didn't post here sooner. |

This is my first Stang. And love it to death. Much better than my Honda, Mitsu, and LT1 Formula I've had in the past

Welcome to the club Cane and Smiley. Mustangs are the dominant breed, in more ways than HP and CID.

First Mach1
Not my first Mustang, but my first Mach1. 1300 miles, and I think it may be yielding a bit more power already. I've read about the 3K break-in, I think it has started:HOPPY:

I had a 90 5.0L coupe that i sacrificed to get the new Mach 1. Iam also an owner of a 1970 Mach 1 that is in the process of restoration right now. 14 years ago i had a 89 5.0L coupe as well. One was an automatic and the other 5 speed. Both wonderful cars. They never let me down. Through the years, other prioritys and commitments come up and your forced to face such sacrifices. I hope to hang on to what i have now because I aint gettin any younger!!!.

After 10 years of driving a toyota PU I went to the Mach. Kind of like going from a skateboard to Mr. Toads Wild Ride. Mods ( so far) Bassani x-pipe ( today!) Flowmaster catbacks |
