Re: Back in the day members
Well not very active as most of you guys over the last 11 years. But still love my Mach's.
In the really early days the amount of speculation how Azure was going to look was incredible. Watching mine come off the train was priceless!

Re: Back in the day members
With how busy I've been over the past 5 or 6 years I haven't been thinking much about my Mach...I try to balance everything and the car just sits in the garage LOL Maybe I'll get a break after this deployment and actually have a chance to get the darn thing tuned haha

Re: Back in the day members
I'm 27 pages in to the registry join pages... came here prior to buying the car. I think my first search had something to do with being able to wax the stripe!

Re: Back in the day members
Bought my TR '04 in Nov. of 2003.
Joined Jan. of 2005. Daily drover her. Modded her a little. Tracked her (2 or 3 times to the strip, but mainly road course HPDE's). Still daily drive her (105,000). Still Zaino her. Still put up w/ her incessant rattles. Still love her. And along the way, I bought a new Daytona Sunset C6Z, drove it, tracked it, loved it, and sold it. (Knew someday there would be a C7Z that would be way better.) I've enjoyed that $24,000 Mach way more than I would have any $100,000+ P car or BM'er, like so many of my colleagues. It's hard to imagine why I would ever sell the Mach. Last edited by oldmachguy; 01-04-2014 at 02:24 PM. Reason: typo |

Re: Back in the day members
I bought my Mach brand new in September 2003.
Joined the registry March 2007 I did not post alot at all since I did not own a computer and was using one at work in between watching inmates. As a present, received my first computer December 2012. My post count shot up not only with computer, but with all my dumba** questions while tryin to install P1SC I keep my Ford's forever (still have a 1979 F100 AND A 1991 Escort)-both still can hold a shine Mach will always be my baby-cleaned, driven, track time and covered back in the barn (Best description is Rush's song Red Barchetta-just change it to DSG Mach)!!

Re: Back in the day members
Joined when I bought the car. I still wish Angus and 03av8tr or what ever his name was still had their rivalry on. Those guy's beat the sh!t out of those cars. But at the rate they gutted them there would be nothing left today. I guess it was the good ol days. lol

Re: Back in the day members
I'm alive, although this is the first time I've been back here in a long time. Sold the Mach going on two years ago. Since then, I've stepped into another black Mustang, an 03 Terminator. Was unmolested and had 28k on the clock when I got her. Heavily modded now putting down 681/598 to the tires with ease. She sees street and drag and open track duties. Otherwise, my mom passed shortly after selling Mach and getting my Cobra and I have a 17 month old boy now. So my life is now pretty full. Good to see some still one here and alive

Re: Back in the day members
I know some of Angus' car is still around. I bought his uncut stock catback and it is in the loft in the garage.
