I read a day or two ago that B. Hussein Obama has spent more money already than every US president COMBINED from George Washington to George Bush. That would be one way around the law against using the US military against citizens.

That's horse hockey! We have the finest military force composed of the best men and women using the most effective weapons in the history of this planet. If the present military force is insufficient, then why cut their funding and reduce their ranks? As much as it pains me to say this, I agree... at times of War, leaders cannot not afford the traffic jam that is the US Court system. How do you think the Civil War was fought?

I agree and I think these memos are much ado about nothing. I would want the military to be able to move against a terrorist cell in this country if one were found. I am also appalled by the fact that the media thinks they should report on what the military is doing and where they are, basically tipping off our enemies to everything we do.
