Re: The Wheel Pictures Thread
I think the solid black wheels grew to bore me. Contrast is a must between the wheel and the tire OTHERWISE! your car will look like it's running on spare wheels like the ricers do nowadays.

Re: The Wheel Pictures Thread
You guys probably already know, but www.tirerack.com has a neat add-on which lets you view different wheels on your car in the right colour.

Re: The Wheel Pictures Thread
That's true, but their wheel selection isn't too good, IMO.

Re: The Wheel Pictures Thread
Just look at how much of a difference the 18s make compared to the OEM 17s
Before w/17s After w/18s They fill the fenderwells much better and I'm very pleased with the fit of the 255s and 295s. I got a good alignment with the new Steeda CC plates and urethane isolators installed. Once I get my gauge cluster fixed, it might be time to look at new headlights and exhaust

Re: The Wheel Pictures Thread
Well i finally got the AFS 03 Black Chrome Cobras installed. Take a peek. I think it looks incredible but i might be a bit biased.
I put the Pony center caps back in because i dont want to mis badge it with the cobra inserts that came with the wheels. Last edited by 4Mach1; 11-29-2007 at 07:40 PM. |

Re: The Wheel Pictures Thread
Tirerack.com has Sumitomo HTR Z 315/35's for $96. 245/45's are only $63. If REALLY wanted to go that route it wouldn't be that expensive. Of course these aren't the best tires out there you can't beat the price.

Re: The Wheel Pictures Thread
With a treadwear rating of 160... I can't imagine them lasting long at all but yeah... Definitely can't beat the price.
