Russ, are we talking about the ser.#001 Mustang, the prototype Mustang, the first 2010 Mustang? I may be seemignly dense here, but I just am not sure what you mean aobut Mustang One.

Frank, were will you be when we're lining up? You can bet lots of pictures will be taken.

Lastly, I'm hoping we can do the photo shoot previously mentioned on Thrusday before the line up. But, I still have no one with a Comp Orange car making any noise like they want to do this...

John, Mustang One, [Sam Haymart who runs the Mustangs Across America event] will be leading the 627 Mustangs leaving Los Vegas, NV. to Bermingham, AL. in a 2010 Shelby GT 500 loaned to him from the Ford Motor Co.

Redhorse told me get racetrack early to line up go to the curise Ill be there around 2:30pm or so.

Yes, you need to arrive and get your reservation packets and find the place that you will be parked for the weekend. My advice would be to try and have this done by 2:30 so you can catch a coke and just chill for awhile. Then about 5 pm start making your way to the line up for the cruise. Nighthawk will leave at 6:30 on the noise. Keep the line as tight as you can, we have 650 cars to line up and when we get underway keep the line as tight as you can safely.

Barbers Museum scheduled an additional car show for Thursday at 11 am the 16th. So we will be dealing possibly with 250 additional cars in the parking lot of the museum. They are suppose to be gone by 2 pm but be prepared some might linger.

I should be rolling in by 2-3pm. If we have enough there for a photo shoot by 4pm or , we could knock that out before we line up. There is a side area near the entrance that is a great place to shoot. We did it last time there.
Otherwise, let me know how I can help to get cars lined up (I do it with Hot Wheels and die-cast cars all of the time. This can't be that much different

)

Also, for those wanting great b/grounds for your own shots of your cars, the actual museum is outstanding for that. This will be a photographers dream show.

K, this puts my travel to lunch a bit farther. My intention was to leave at 3 AM to meet up.
What time do you plan to leave from Hooters?

If I still leave the planned time, I can try (depending on traffic, po-po etc) be there for around 1 PM.
