Well I have to bail out, I have several contracts that I have to fulfill in the next 3 mos and I need to hammer away to make deadlines. Not to mention my car isnt ready.

I have a slot in the modified class to sell off if anyone is interested, it comes with passes etc.

597 Mustangs signed up for the MAA as of today. I talked to the MCA staff today and all the 2003-04 Mach 1's will be together for the Judged show. I think there are seven of us.

As of a meeting yesterday; Over 1650 cars are now entered in the event and it is still not too late to join the event. Registration closes the last day of this month.

I am one of the 250 judged Mustangs; I registered as occasional driven.

Should I put the factory wheels back on or leave the AFS black chome I have on her now? (or am I just making myself crazy in anticipation?)

Leave the AFS black chromes on, you need to set yourself off from the crowd. Remember, in MCA judging, Cleanliness is next to Godliness. :THUMBSUP:

When I talked to Shorty Brown [MCA head Judge for this event] he said all our Machs will be in the Mach 1 class with no judging under the hood or underneath the car. It's all on how clean the car is and the workmanship of installed mods they can see, not if they like it or not. So I think I for one like your wheels.

Wheels make the car stand out from the rest of the stockers.

I was planning on detailing the heck out of my engine compartment and leaving the hood up; but now I have to worry about the hood

Now that IS a personal question!!

The scratch is a couple inches. Touch up paint helped a bit, but IMHO it still looks like crap.

It has been my experience with the MCA judging if you touched the scrach up they will not take points away from your score. I will bring my touch up bottle with me. I'm sure I will need it with the miles I will have traveled to get there.

I can't believe I won't be making this event

Work has me slammed with a huge project for the next 3 months and I'd feel to guilty leaving my wife behind to take care of our 3 month old baby boy. Maybe I can make the 50th! He'll be 5 years old then & will be big enough to help with the detailing

Hey im new to all this cruizin stuff but my wife and i would like to go so what do i do? I dont want to be in a judging comp. or anything i just want to hook up with some machs and cruz there with everybody.I noticed that the 15 is the deadline, but deadline for what parking,judging? hurry help!
