Ask to go on a ride along to see hwat they actually have to deal with on a day to day basis. A lot of times they will be swamped with paperwork and won't have the time to deal with the petty crimes such as the illegal driver.

ride with a hamptons cop, i couldn't get in the car their heads are so big (sorry cheap shot) as for petty crimes thats all that goes on in the hamptons... unless you count billy joel assulting another tree with a hand made sports car... ... again

not trying to ruffle feathers, i do respect the law, some things just bother the hell out of me though, like why do nypd gets paid 35 g's a year and a county cop gets 100 g's (i know its the budget)
