Son's first car... is a truck

finally pried her away from a coworker/friend to become the third owner



the truck is immaculate inside and out with the exception of the one spot on the front bumper where the paint has flaked off. not a single stain or tear on the inside.
the previous two owners are meticulous about car care. I've known the guy we bought it from going on 5 years now and he took good care of it. he bought it from his neighbor who he knew took good care of it. my coworker had just spent $1200 on the Pirelli Scorpions a few months before he bought a new Tundra and parked this one. when we picked the truck up, my coworker's neighbor that he bought it from happened to be outside so he walked us over to talk to him. the first owner said he wished he had never sold it. it was a cool experience.

we've got a service record for everything that has been done to the truck since it rolled off the dealer lot 15 years ago. a receipt for every oil change the truck has ever had is in this stack of stuff.



the offspring doesn't say much about it, but I know on the inside he is proud of this.
