switching from Steeda Tri-Ax to MGW short throw shifter - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

I've been considering swapping the Steeda Tri-Ax to a MGW short throw. I've always had steeda short throw shifters in all my Mustangs, but have always heard that the MGW ones are the best.
Anyone else made the switch or had both of them and would like to give some feedback.

I would say the Pro 5.0 and Steeda are pretty comparable. I had a Pro 5.0 then went to an MGW. The switch was about as big as going from stock to Pro 5.0. It took me a few days to get used to it (I was no longer sure what gear I was in just by hand position)

So your saying the MGW was way better and you would suggest that one over the others?

personally yes. I never regretted selling my pro 5.0

Thanks both of you, i'll be adding it to my list of mods. I am really wanting to focus on suspension stuff right now, but may get the shifter before the other stuff.
