Quarter panel Louvers - Available now!
So I found somebody to make some quarter window Louvers for the Mach. Just got the prototype in, I will post pictures today. Just want to see if there is any interest in getting some louvers for our Machs.

Re: Quarter panel Louvers
Are you talking FENDER (1/4 PANEL) as you stated, or 1/4 WINDOW louvers?

Re: Quarter panel Louvers
Does it have a smooth or rough finish. Are they paintable?? Also, are there any slot cutouts in the louvers??

Since they are still pre-production, here is what I’d like to see in the final design. The front edge and the top match and follow the shape of the car perfectly. The bottom and the rear edges do not. Rather than keep each louver perfectly symmetrical, modify each louver’s shape slightly so that they extend and match the lower and rear edge of the body lines. Also, instead of that smooth edge all around the louver, how about an edge that looks like more like a rail? (for a finished, high end look) And I agree; a smoother paintable finish would be preferable, so they look more like aluminum louvers. Just my humble opinion... thanks again! |
