He says it's an '06 Mustang, the graphics on the screen say it's an '06 Mustang .... but that body sure ain't an '06 Mustang. WTH? Is the chassis and underpinnings from an '06 Mustang?? What am I missing?

i was thinking the same thing when i saw that episode. and the dude seemed to know mustangs pretty well too.

Absolutely anything can happen at any time with cars that fast. Every pass is high risk. I have a friend in Michigan that built motors for Steve Grebeck (spelling) maybe 8 years ago now. He was running a turbo Mustang in the mid 6's. He was killed in his car. Even with the highly modified profile of these cars they simply were not designed to run those mile per hours. They are on the edge every time.
