that was the only thing my mach had on it when i bought it was the honey comb panel. looks like though they removed it from the trunk and put it in on the honey comb panel. it has it like the GT ones where its kinda only one place it can go

1 3/16" from bottom of trunk lid and the bottom of the M is 2" from side of trunk lid.

Re: pic of mach trunk emblem

Hey when I bought my mach the badge was removed and I was wondering where you guys picked up a replacement badge from?? I would like to get the badge back on... it feels wrong driving around without it and also I was thinking black decklid? I dont know how I feel about the honeycomb but does anybody have experience installing them?

Installing the letters themselves, or installing the honeycomb?
For info on installing the honeycomb: http://www.americanmuscle.com/sr-hon...anel-9904.html
There is a video showing the install there...

Re: pic of mach trunk emblem

Mine was removed when I bought my car also. Just ordered off these guys. http://www.c-carparts.com/products/0...MBLEM-SET.html

Didn't receive it yet so I don't know the quality but its the cheapest out there and they have great customer service.

If you want, when I get the badge I can take pictures of it and let you know what I think before you get it.

Re: pic of mach trunk emblem

It took a bit for the emblem to come in, but it finally came in today!
First impression.. The packaging was better than expected. It came in a box within a cardboard case. I expected it to come in an envelope. The vendor told me the material is chrome plastic. I looked up the emblem on LMR and they're mach 1 emblem is plastic also but for 105 dollars.

Quality looks good, just an emblem anyways.. The chrome isn't faded or scratched. Anyways, here are some pictures. I know the A is a bit crooked. I tried fixing it but the adhesive is way too strong and cannot move it. Cant tell from far away anyways.

I used measurements given by gvervoren and used tape and string to outline the badge. I think it came out pretty good with the exception of the A.

In the end, I paid $43.90 (they have minimum $50 charge). A lot better price than any other vendors out there with probably the same item.
