OBDII or CAN ?? - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

Are our Machs supported by OBDII or CAN onboard computers? I understand there was a change in standards starting as early as 2003 in most new vehicles which BTW is mandatory in 2008. My 03 Mach was built on 01/24/03.
