Eibach Pro Kit and Sportline springs
I've decided I don't want to lower my ride too much (like with H&R SS's), because it's just not practical where I live. I'm looking for about a 1" drop.
Does anyone have these Eibach's on there Mach? I would like to know about how much it dropped it and how you like them. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Re: Eibach Pro kit springs
I put the pro kit on..
http://www.americanmuscle.com/eibach...stem-9404.html I also put on polyurthane ISO. which I think rasied it way back up http://www.americanmuscle.com/bbk-fr...tors-7904.html It rides and turns was better! But the drop wasnt much.. I forgot to measure before hand so I cant exactly say. Id say get the Poloy ISOs.. with sport springs... The pros wont drop it enough unless you go without any ISOs..

Here's mine on stock isolators with the pro kit. Rides great. Rides even better after I put the subframe connectors on. Handles great too.

I was wondering about the aftermarket ISO's. The pics online have them looking pretty thick. I just hope my ISO's are still in good shape. I think the Eibach Sportlines drop a little lower, but I think they really stiffen up a lot more. Maybe a little more than I want. IG: @azurebluemach

Re: Eibach Pro kit springs
the pro kit comes with shocks and struts.
Yeah I think the aftermarket ISOs seem thinker.. but when I looked at them the material the spring sits on seemed the same thickness.. I still have stock wheels tho.. So who knows

Cool, thanks! I think I'll give this a try. They seek the springs for around $245. The springs are pretty close to the stock 600lbs if the info is correct. Plus they are progressive rate so maybe all that will work good with the stock shocks and struts until I can get some new ones. I want to get some Bilsteins, but they are daggum expensive lol. I've been told you can get camber bolts to help with alignment so I hope not to have to get caster/camber plates. I don't think they look good in the engine bay IMO. IG: @azurebluemach

The only thing you may have to do is the camber bolt, but i'm not for sure, because I had MM CC plates on mine from doing the H&R springs. The drop on the pro kit is not enough for CC plates. ASh

Eibach Pro kit springs
I used h&r sport. Not super, just sport. Stiff as a frpp b spring. Lower iso still in front, nothing in rear.

Re: Eibach Pro kit springs
I had them and disliked them. Didn't like the spring rate, but the drop was nice.
Ended up going back to cut stock springs.

Re: Eibach Pro kit springs
Were they too stiff or not stiff enough? On paper, they look like they are just a smidge less stiff, as well as being progressive.

Re: Eibach Pro kit springs
Not stiff enough. The progressive spring rate was annoying because it didn't really handle well until the spring started to become fairly compressed. It made the car feel mooshy in the turns.

Re: Eibach Pro kit springs
I decided to go with the Eibach Sportlines. I just bought them along with the camber bolts. I'm hoping I don't need to get caster/camber plates. I don't want to pay for them and I don't think they look good under the hood. I figure if it's a bit too low, I can buy new ISO's and that will bring it up as needed.
The drop looks to be a bit lower than the Pro kit and pretty similar to the stock springs. I'm hoping this will give me a few years to save for some Bilstein HD's to replace the stock shocks and struts. Who knows, maybe by that time I'll be interested in another level up in the suspension. I really like Maximum Motorsports, but without a track related reason, I feel like that's a bit too much to spend LOL.

Re: Eibach Pro kit springs
I went with the MM CC plates. I think the sportlines will be good with the ISOs in place, you could even run poly isos right off the bat.

No plates needed. I'm running stock isolators. Car only had 10k miles on it so they were like new. The Ford dealership that did the alignment had to take a hair more out of each hole to get it perfect. The mechanic said it was a very minimal amount. I didn't want cc plates either.
