procharger 8 rib pulleys

where can I get a 3.7" procharger pulley that will fit the mach 1. the mach 1 requires a "single shoulder pulley" for alternator clearance I assume. any help would be great!!!

Re: procharger 8 rib pulleys

When you go with the 8 rib you can use the double shoulder set up. When you space the blower for the pulley it'll clear the alternator. I ran a 3.7" on my F1A.

Re: procharger 8 rib pulleys

You can take the pulley to a machine shop and have that rear portion taken off. I've done it with several pullies as well as my IW balancer for additional clearance with the crank sensor boss on the front cover.
Its no big deal.

Re: procharger 8 rib pulleys

Or you can just bolt it on and space out the blower. I'm guessing he's converting to an 8 rib set up so the blower will have to be spaced out anyway. No need for machining. I needed a combination of 1/2" and 1/4" spacers to get everything lined up correctly.

Re: procharger 8 rib pulleys

i believe my non slip pulley has a shoulder on both sides. Its EXTREMELY close to the alternator with my 8 rib setup but it DOES clear.
