Per FMC Dealer -- CuDL is a web-based replacement for the MORS III system and is a key enabler in the Company's on-going customer handling efforts. It functions as the primary application for the Regions and dealerships to track customer concerns from the time they call the NACRC to resolution. CuDL also provides access to other applications used in customer handling, such as: OASIS for recall and ESP data, AWS for complete vehicle warranty history information and a link to the Parts Assistance Center for parts tracking.
