Backing up Streakn a little, we have illegals working in Memphis. While yes, they are committing a crime, they did not commit a violent crime. Immigration should be ones to handle such issues and filling up a jail with illegals versus suspected felons doesn't make good sense.

Adding to that. The tax payers...you and I, would pay out the wazoo for housing these immigrants in jail.Then deporting them back to their respected countries.
