As mentioned, make sure your drain lines for the shaker aren't obstructed. Pull them off the shaker and blow through them. There should be no resistance if they're clear. If theyre not plugged up, then buy new coil cover gaskets and run a small bead of rtv at the back where the harness goes through them.
