Next on the list was to either buy an EGR Block-off plate or make one out of some scrap aluminum I had laying around. I decided to save the $20.00+Shipping and made my own. I just purchased a new gasket and used it as a template.
I drilled the two holes first, easier now than after cutting to size. Then grabbed my trust Dremel and starting hacking on it.
Shaped the corners with my grinder
