It uses Greenwich? Mean Time (GMT) - 5 hours. (International Date Line)
Sometimes the time gets screwed up? and it states the wrong time...
The Forums are ON the East Coast, actually in Virginia, I think? I am not really sure...I am in NY...hmmm..maybe I am in another time zone??? Maybe the forums are in Texas or California, who cares, they work.
