:02 means SECONDS, no AM or PM. I am not sure if they use a 24 hour clock or not.
Also, there are NO build sheets, well, only at the factory, but they usually remove before leaving the factory and tossed in the trash, unless someone forgot to remove them. Here is what one would look like if you happen to find one...they don't put them under the carpet, mine was in the front bumper bracket underneath the car...dumb luck.

I find it hard to believe that they would discard the build sheet.
I know on the Corvettes sometimes they are hidden in the chassis and on the C3 bodystyles they are on top of the gas tank. They also keep a record of each build sheet and they can be ordered from the NCM. I think there is also a legality with the build sheet in case of warranty issues or call backs. It seems the company would be able to trace back to the time, area and staff at the assembly plant who worked on it. How did you find this out? Maybe my build sheet is in the same area that you found yours. I'll take a look around and under the car.
