The solution is the rack mount fasteners. Ford actually had a silent recall on this. The factory installed bushings were slightly too long and won't tighten properly. Here are the FORD part numbers:

E5DZ 3F640B Inusulators (need 4)
E5DZ 3K620A Bracket (need 2)

**IMPORTANT** torgue to 52 ft. lbs. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN


This will elimate the front end creeking from the steering. You can hear it mostly with the engine off, unlock steering, and moving the steering wheel left and right. Also when making slow turns.
