I noticed Jakes question above and the answer helps. I have the same alt pulley but can't find the larger idler for the tensioner. Do you remember what that pulley is for? I have a box full of various idlers that are smooth and 6 groove but none seem to work. I love the idea of having a 6 groove there but I really don't want to machine one to work with the tensioner, if I don't have to.
It looks like the belt has clearance even with the stock smooth pulley but it's too close for comfort. I can't find a source using the numbers that are visible on the pulley so I did make an attempt.
They are hard to read so I might have them wrong.
