I don't have the 3" but I may be able to help you some. I have the TK8604 2.5" and I had the same issues with the over the axle pipes. What solved it for me was to loosen the pipes ahead of the mufflers and rotate those pipes slightly while pushing up on the mufflers to get them as high up as possible. Also make sure that you don't have those pipes on the wrong sides (left one on the right side and vice versa). Start with getting those mufflers up high and not hitting the rails and work your way back. It's gonna take you some time but it's worth it.
