Yeah ,if its the one that scammed my wife, This online service goes into youre hard drive looks for youre info and then shuts off youre operating system.On start- up it sends you to their website to pay them. Since you let it in youre antivirus will not stop it either. Then the company tries to charge you to get it back . You will have to re- load youre factory OS to get youre computer back again.
