Try the Walbro TU229HP it is rated to operate at 13.5 volts and has a flow of 290 liters per hour @ 43 psi. I was running a stock pump with a BAP and had hesitation between the 1 2 shift. Dropped this pump in the hesitation is gone and the car has been running fine.
