E85 you're going to need basically 30% more fuel to make the same power, + enough room for whatever increase the E85 might get you. I would think your tuner would be able to look at a log and see how much duty cycle you have left to make a recommendation
My gut instinct is probably not enough to be worth the expense and hassle but Ive been wrong before.
