YUP, the company I was getting them from (same ones!) basically never shipped my orders to me and never contacted me or anything. I inquired many times and never heard back....I gave up on them.
The guy must have made his money and skipped out. I know a few people had problems with them staying on and they came off at speeds. They had to replace a couple.
