Does anyone have the detail on TSB # 04-5-3, Mar 04, A/C -Insturment Panel vents rattle?

For the past month or so since it's gotten cold, only at highway speeds, I get an intermittent "chirp" kind of rattle from the center of the dash. From the description of the TSB, this may be the same issue.

I have an appt. next week to take her in and gave the dealer the TSB # when I called for the appt., I'd just like to read the detail so I can go in prepared.
