Back when I had my 01 I decided to see what kind of mpg I'd get staying out of boost. I got the exact same as when I drove it like normal. Well, normal for me.

You don't have to run it down to the light coming on. Just fill it up and divide the gallons by the mileage on the trip odometer.
I just thought turning another accessory plus the added weight would equate to somewhat of a significant loss but it doesn't seem like it has.

I ran the whole tank out because more miles will give a better average number.

you have a bigger blower (although twin screw is more efficient) and auto trans too. I'd say you're right on par with me all things considered. These cars really are great.
