Next move is to rebuild the motor, can’t afford the Coyote, more looking at beefing up the 4.6. Got a good motor guy, just saving up the cash to get it done, driving the 7 cylinder beast in the meantime... ugh engine rebuild was not what I was hoping for. Any lessons learned that I should be on the lookout for or components that you guys feel are a must have?

Well that sucks, but glad you got it figured out.
Man it all comes down to your budget to be honest.
One thing I forgot to do on my 04 Mach was I forgot to get cams installed, don't ask me how I forgot them, but I did.
I don't know if your planning on doing cams.
I guess what are your plans for the Mach, once you answer that, I believe we will be able to help you.
Honestly, after seeing the cost of coyote swap compare to getting a DSS Racing built engine, the coyote swap is the way to go, it is cheaper from the ones that guys are telling how much it cost them and are at that 400hp n/a.
Are you just wanting to replace it with same set up,
what are your hp/tq your wanting
boost
etc.
Just need to know what your plans and budget is.
