Meant to add that if you purchase the shifter, the reverse light switch is sold separately. Only 12 bucks.
The other detail I left out was the seal I used between the shifter plate and trans tunnel, I used a 3M product called Mastic, it stays soft is thick and sticky. It is used for wrapping power lines as it permanently sticks to itself but has many other great uses. HomeDepot or Lowes sales it. Neat stuff.
