Reading the reviews is just useless, one person will say they are the loudest, the next two will say the quietest. One will say the wet tractiion sucks, and the next will say it's the best for wet traction. It doesn't seem to matter what brand/model I'm reading about... 
I feel like just going to Discount Tire and getting whatever tread pattern looks good in my price range. |
Sounds like you're after Michelin's Pilot Sport 2 OR 3. Doubt it can get any quieter than those. I work at Discount Tire while in school AND have driven many cars with infinite wheel/tire setups.
