That is such a loaded question. Did you witness a cop do these things?
Backing up Streakn a little, we have illegals working in Memphis. While yes, they are committing a crime, they did not commit a violent crime. Immigration should be ones to handle such issues and filling up a jail with illegals versus suspected felons doesn't make good sense.
