For E85 you'll need compatible pumps and at least 80lb injectors. I think the 60's top out around 450-500 on E85.
IMHO, if 600 is your goal and you know you'll stay there, stick with pump gas. It won't be an issue with a turbo set up. If you're going to want more in the future then start planning on setting the system up for E85 now. It might even be worth looking into a return system.
