Just seen over at Yellow Mustang Registry, they have the Zinc Yellow Mach1's broke down to 703 Manual and 145 Auto. 848 total! Why can't we get that with all colors?  See Here! If you pay attention to the paragraph before the numbers, it explains your question and the discrepancies exactly. YMR represents units SOLD TO THE PUBLIC. Many other sources report ACTUAL UNITS PRODUCED. Due to some cars being used for Ford internal purposes, testing, etc., they are not sold to the public.
