there we go, finally some information that seems accurate. Thats why the fans are kicking on so early.
The idea is with lower fan turn on temps you can get a jump on coolant temps and sometimes keep overall/average temps lower. It doesnt help a whole lot unless you go to a thermostat that opens at a lower temp though.
If they sent you another tune with stock cooling fan turn on temps, I would load that tune and use it to burp the car then once satisfied its burped correctly and while ambient temps are cool. Once satisfied its burped if ambient temps get warmer then load the tune with the lower fan turn on temps
