I've been collecting parts for my eaton swap, definitely can be done pretty reasonable if you have time to look for parts. If you've only got a few weeks you can probably find most of it but you're gonna pay for it. I've gotten almost all the main parts, down to the timing cover/balancer/random small parts and brackets. I've scored some real good deals on a lot of the smaller parts especially, what you've really got to watch is the fact that if you buy one or two small parts from each person and spend 20-30 bucks each you'll be way over your budget quick but if you can get a lot of the parts from one person you can save big. I'm going for it in mid december when i'm on my winter break from college. It is tough finding all these parts but for the price you can't beat it if you've got time to look. It gives you a lot of potential down the road too with more boost and also a kenne bell/whipple upgrade can be done for like 3k after you swap over all the eaton parts.
