In that case, a spacer is worth nothing, atleast not on this particular car for whatever reason, and the power/tq fluctuations were due entirely to coolant, oil and atmospheric changes.

However, I think OP may be mistaken either about how many pulls of each were made or how many of each pull was actually recorded on that sheet. It makes better sense to me that only the first pull on that sheet was a baseline and the others were with the spacer installed. The numbers got slightly higher, as would be expected, and were all on top of one another showing a consistent change.

This thread really seems more like an exercise in speculation unless OP can clear some things up.
