Absolutely! Great job on that!
The only thing I can think of is with regard to headers, if you get shorty or long tube, you'll need a matching mid-pipe to fit. Same goes for if you keep the stock manifolds, you can't get a midpipe for long tubes and expect it to fit with the stock manifolds, etc.
Also, "billet" above in your post should read, "Buiiltt".
