Actually, many forum sites have very specific rules about both of those things are are pretty strict about them. My mother is a moderator (guess it runs in the family) on a sewing forum, and she often tells me about those particular items that are breeched on a regular basis...

As far as weapons in vehicles, I think he was only wanting your opinion not a legal assesment. Here in La. unless you're firing a weapon at someone, you've pretty much got carte blanche on keeping your weapon anywhere in your vehicle, as it is considered an extention of your private domain (house).
