Yes, the 03 Cobra rear bumper fits the Mach 1, GT, and V6 with no exhaust modifications (see pic below)

You have to get it custom done for this. There has been talk that one of the aftermarket companies was going to produce the smoothed Cobra rear bumper, but no one has. So, if anyone wants the look.... you'll need to go talk to your favorite body shop.
