Here is the passenger side fitting in place. lube the o-ring with antifreeze and the hose ends...pop the fitting on the heater core line and slide it up...grip the clamp and re-install it. Pop the fitting in the head...and tighten the 2 10mm bolts. Gentle..no reason to be hercules on aluminum. snug. not too much.
I attache the hose on this side and tightened the clamp with an 8mm socket on a 1/4 drive ratchet. Don't crush the tube....but this one is important...so do not use a flat screwdriver....attach hose and clamp on driver side.
