If you do get cams you're going to want to get LTs as well, there are plenty of people around here, myself included who have seen 350+ rwhp with cams and full exhaust but the power skews towards the upper RPMs depending on how aggressive you want to go which is why most will agree on adding gears as well.
I have the 106400s with a good tune and daily drive the car. Currently I have no problems with stalling and running A/C full blast during the summer. Right now I get about 2 mpg less per tank w/ heavy traffic (**** school kids) and some city driving when I commute to and from work while flooring it every chance I get. It's hard to not want to rev it up and **** because it sounds and feels awesome.
After doing some research, I pretty much picked the cams my builder recommended, which basically fell in line with what a lot of people were saying around here. Biggest thing for me was deciding what a really wanted out of my car.
