well i had a pair drop in to my lap by way of another m1r member since my post above but i plan on keeping my original valve covers. i am replacing my engine with a VT 324 BB/stroker with boss330 heads and want to keep the original as complete as possible for various reasons.
as for "floaters"', you guys should be able to find a set fairly easily. check out post #5 here
