That GT must have been 290-300 HP at the crank to (consistently) beat older Cobras. I ran against 2 or 3 of them, so it wasn't just one where it could have been not running right.
Let's say I gained about 35 HP from light bolt-ons. Like you said, the 4v responds much better to mods. I'm sure a full bolt-on and tuned Mach would be reasonably close to 400. Aren't they underrated from the factory to begin with? |
Thanks for the responses guys. And yeah they were a little under rated. With just a CAI, mid-length headers, high flow cats, O/R X and a tune, I put down 315 RWHP which roughly puts me at 370 HP. Just saying
